Chad Barker, M.D.

Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Fellowship Trained in Musculoskeletal Radiology, Dr. Chad Barker has been actively practicing since 2013. Dr. Barker received his Bachelors of Liberal Arts from the University of Florida, with a degree in Chemistry. He conducted Biochemistry research 5 years at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, where he published papers in the field of parasitology. He then completed his Medical Degree from UAB. Dr. Barker completed his General Surgery Internship and Radiology Residency at the University of California San Diego. Finally he did a Musculoskeletal Fellowship at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.

Dr. Barker worked as a hospital-based radiologist from 2013-2024, most recently as a partner radiologist with Frederica Imaging P.C., where he was Chief of Radiology. His duties included interpretation of MRI, CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, mammography and PET.
