Before transitioning into healthcare leadership, Wes graduated from Florida State University, where he competed as a Division I student-athlete on the men’s golf team. Following his collegiate career, he played professional golf, honing the discipline, focus, and competitive edge that continue to shape his approach in business.

Outside of work, Wes enjoys an active lifestyle that includes running, weightlifting, and golfing. He also treasures time spent at the beach and with his family.
