Héctor Zabala keeps Expert Radiology’s day-to-day operations humming while planning the hires, tools, and processes the company needs to scale. He brings a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and hands-on experience steering multi-country regulatory projects for leading pharmaceutical and medical-device manufacturers, he blends technical insight with compliance know-how to build resilient systems that put patient care first.

Hector orchestrates operations, IT, and people-ops to support 24/7 radiology coverage and future growth. He applies process-improvements and streamlines workflows so clinicians get faster, clearer insights.

Outside the office, Héctor trades spreadsheets for speedball—playing professional paintball and proudly representing Puerto Rico at national tournaments.
