Colleen Robertson is a seasoned brand and marketing leader who blends systems thinking, customer insight, and creative collaboration to drive high-impact, customer-centric campaigns. With deep experience leading B2B and B2C teams, she has helped organizations define brand value propositions, craft compelling content strategies, and execute high impact multichannel campaigns.

 

Colleen excels at internal alignment, content governance, and coaching—bringing humor, clarity, and curiosity to every project. Her leadership style is grounded in building on team strengths and solving complex problems with vision and heart. A public speaker and former improv actress, Colleen brings authenticity and energy to everything from C-suite strategy sessions to content brainstorms.

 

Colleen holds a BA in theater and cognitive science from Occidental College: a dual focus in what she describes as “the art and science of the human condition.” In addition to being a long standing board member with Safe Crossings Foundation and a new board member with ARCS, Colleen is an avid reader, a creative writer and performer, and a high-energy mom.
